By Ordering, Customer Agrees to all Policies and Guidelines:

The purchaser, user, or recipient assumes all risk related to and/or arising from the ownership and use of the merchandise purchased and agrees to indemnify and hold NGW (herein named "Vendor") harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against Vendor related to and/or arising from its ownership and/or use of the merchandise. All merchandise is sold 'AS IS' without any express or implied warranties. Vendor does not warrant that any individual or company may legally purchase, possess, sell, or carry any of the items offered for sale. Vendor does not offer legal or medical advice. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, user, or recipient to comply with federal, state, and local laws. By purchasing any item, the purchaser, user, or recipient constitutes a declaration that they are of legal age to purchase the items in their jurisdiction, and at least 18 (or 21, if applicable) years of age and warrants that they are in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the items, and that they understand and agree to all terms and conditions.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. The most current pricing displayed on the websites shall supersede all prior rates, including those published in advertisements, other public materials, or due to inadvertent errors.

Our facility is located in Southwest Florida. Most orders are shipped out of the Southwest Florida location. At times, some orders may ship out of facilities closer to the delivery location.

Engraving and Design Fees:

Engraving and design fees are non-refundable in all cases. These fees are non-refundable because when an order is placed with these optional services our team begins work immediately so that the piece can be completed as soon as possible. The processing time to create these files is non-refundable.


Shipping:

All orders are shipped via ground service. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. A current and valid email address is required to receive this information. While we offer shipping to alternate delivery addresses, not all items are eligible for this service. The average delivery time is five to ten business days, depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors once the item has shipped. At our discretion, we may reduce manufacturer packaging for shipping efficiency.

Shipments going to APO boxes, FPO boxes, Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that will be quoted to you at checkout in the Sales Tax/Location Rate field. Shipping charges may vary depending on the shipping location. The credit card submitted on the original order will be charged accordingly with the current rates.

Customers who request an order be shipped via their third party freight account or billed to any other type of shipping account (FedEx, UPS, Etc.) will be responsible for all transportation charges and costs that are denied or billed back to us. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the original credit card or payment method used for the initial order transaction.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is safe and secure. Swords Direct is not liable for missed deliveries, theft, or any merchandise lost after delivery. In the event of a delivery discrepancy, customers must contact the carrier directly and are responsible for any associated costs. Refunds for shipments returned to the sender will be processed only after the merchandise has been received at our facility and successfully inspected. Please note that restocking fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Policy:

Contact Customer Service before returning any item.
All returns require a Return Authorization Form to be processed.
All returns must be received back to the facility within 14 days of your delivery date.
Actual (Not Discounted) shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There will be a 25% processing fee on all returned, refused or undeliverable items.
No refunds will be issued on used, damaged or items not returned in original packaging.
No refunds will be issued on modified or customized items.
No refunds will be issued on Limited Edition merchandise.
We are not responsible for items returned without authorization or after 14 days.

Note: All items pass quality control and are checked before shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier within three days of delivery with any loss or damage claims. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the carrier. All items are insured at retail value. Customer Service must be notified within five days of a damage or loss claim being filed.


Backordered Items:

Items that are backordered will not be charged to your card until they are back in stock and ready to ship. We offer a complimentary free placement service to reserve your item. Please note that due to manufacturer price increases beyond our control, the price of a backordered item may be subject to change. If the price has increased upon the item's restock, the order can only be processed at the current price. We will notify you of any price adjustments upon the item's return to stock. All backorders and partial shipments will incur the standard flat-rate shipping fee. We reserve the right to cancel any backorder that has been pending for ninety (90) days or more if the manufacturer is unable to provide a firm estimated time of arrival.


Privacy/Spam/Abuse Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All customer information is handled confidentially and securely. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties. Your information will only be shared with external partners to the extent necessary to process and complete your order. If a customer commits libel (written) or slander (spoken) against our company, we reserve the right to release documented customer communications to defend ourselves in court.

Customers shall not, nor shall they permit or assist others to abuse or fraudulently use this website, including but not limited to the following: Sending unsolicited email, obtaining or attempting to obtain products by any means with intent to avoid payment, unauthorized access or any attempt thereof to alter any information of any customers, knowingly engaging in any activities that will cause a denial of service (e.g., profanity), any attempt to interfere with the network, violating the law or aiding in any unlawful act.
