Allow at least five business days for delivery from the day the order is placed before contacting customer service. A business day is Monday through Friday not including weekends or holidays. In order to serve our customer base in a timely manner, it is not necessary to contact customer service unless an order has been pending for over ten business days. All order updates, out of stocks, backorders, confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent automatically to the e-mail address that was submitted on the original order. Time and Method: All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx Ground services. Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. When ordering, submit a complete physical street address for shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply in some areas like Hawaii and Alaska. Free Shipping/Same Day Shipping/Discount Shipping Offers: Advertised free gift offers are subject to change at any time due to availability. Free gift offers may be substituted at the discretion of customer service. 'Same Day Shipping' offers may be delayed if additional items are added to the order. The standard shipping time of seven to ten business days may apply to have all available items ship at the same time. Discounted shipping offers only apply to ground shipments within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded and will have a separate Location Fee applied. quality control and are thoroughly checked before shipping. Check your package
at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the
responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately with any loss
or damage claims. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on damage and
lost item claims with the carrier. All items are insured at retail value.
